Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days following the day of delivery. Products will only be accepted if they are returned in original packaging and unused condition. The shipping costs for a return are to be paid by the customer. 

How do I proceed with a return?

Notify us within 5 working days following the day of delivery if you want to return a product. To do so, send an email to [email protected] stating the product you wish to return. The product will be checked upon arrival. 

Products can be returned up to 14 days after delivery. The shipping costs for the return are for the customer. The risk of the delivery is entirely the responsibility of the customer. To protect yourself against loss or theft by the postal services it is better to take an insured shipping with track & trace. If you wish to return at a cheaper / reduced rate, we can create a shipping label at the cost of 5.95 (BE) (other countries: ask for more info). You will then receive an email with the payment details. As soon as the amount has been transferred, you will receive the shipping label. 

The refund will take place after verification and provided that the items are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. The refund will be made within 30 days of the return to the customer's account. The only thing HIP HOI will deduct are the original shipping costs. 

Discounted goods (outlet items or items marked with a discount) may also be returned, but within a period of 7 days, in order to still be able to sell them to other customers. The refund will be made by means of a coupon code that can be used later in the shop or online.

Orders paid with PayPal are associated with transaction costs. These transaction costs will not be returned by PayPal in the event of a cancellation. The transaction costs remain at the expense of the customer in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a full return, the full return costs will be deducted from the amount due. In the case of a partial return, partial return costs will be deducted proportionally from the amount due.
